I've selected my car on the website so I'll see all the parts that fits to my car. I've made an order then one item that I've ordered wasn't fit. I contacted the customer service and basically they told me I won't get a refund because I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. How can I order the wrong part if I entered my car information and the website showed me the parts that fits?
I'm happy to get screwed for $7 (part cost) but know ECSTuning true face and zero customer service – I will never use them again. They just don't care and customer service is not something they understand or provide.
