I ordered WEDDING invitations and after opening them, saw they left out he envelopes. After speaking with someone, I was told they were not included and would have to order them separately, for an additional cost. How does a company sell wedding invites without envelopes.?! I placed yet, another order, to find out, they cancelled my order. What kind of company does not contact their customer and or provide updates on the item progress. THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 3 STARS, IS DUE TO THEIR SELECTION. Customer service and the lack of ability to make things right are deplorable. They should be ashamed of themselves and the last manager I spoke with, could have card less. Thank you, Zazzle for ruining my wedding invitations and notices.
