I just signed up for the service, I have nothing to go on.

Why are you asking if you should follow up with me to make sure I'm satisfied with the experience? You don't follow up with everyone?

Not digging the last question of whether or not to follow up regarding customer service. When I said no, it suddenly said that I'd miss out on other things besides being asked about my experience. Not cool.

I read about it on LinkedIn and saw some good reviews.
