I was sucked into this website by their awesome prices. I will not order anything from them again and I suggest that no one else does either. It's a 50/50 chance that you get what you ordered. I've received items that I did not order, broken items and some of my orders have been shipped to other people. On December 9th I ordered several items. They have trickled in, slowly. Some were the wrong items and I've had to return them at my cost. One item, a ruby and diamond ring, was shipped to somewhere in Wisconsin but my address is in Indiana. I have been trying for 4 days to get them to respond with no success. Calling customer service is a joke. No one ever comes to the phone. They ignore e-mails and their "Instant Chat with a live customer service representative" does not work. Don't be lured in by their prices. It's not worth it and most of their products are complete junk.

Something told me not to order from this website. I should have listened to that little voice that said "you're going to regret this". Immediately they over charged my credit card. I sent them a message telling them that they did. The response from them was "we received the correct amount. Check your bank". I knew I shouldn't have placed the order so the same day that I ordered, I sent them a message to cancel my order. They said they couldn't do that because my order had already been shipped out. REALLY? Just a few hours after I ordered? I then asked for the tracking number. They responded with "You're order has not shipped. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships". Around and around we go until they will no longer respond to me. Today I checked my bank account and they have charged my card again. They will not respond. I had to go to my bank to file a dispute of the charges and cancel my bank card so they can't charge me again. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I also found out that they have several websites, the same company but with different names. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I most definitely WOULD NOT order from this website. I've read the reviews and wish I had read them BEFORE I ordered from them. Their website says they ship within 2 to 3 days. They DO NOT. I ordered a special blade for my grooming shears and paid extra for expedited shipping because I had to have them to get my dogs groomed before taking them with me on vacation. I received an order confirmation but did not receive a shipping confirmation. Finally, after waiting 5 days, I sent them an e-mail requesting the status of my order. Two days later they responded, not with an explanation, but with a tracking number. They did not shipped my order until 8 days after I placed my order and then it was only after I inquired on it. Then, keeping in mind that I paid more for quicker shipping, they shipped it the slowest way possible and it took 5 more days for me to receive my order. Needless to say, I didn't get my blade in time and it cost me $200 to have my dogs groomed. I was furious and I told them so. They came back with a lame, insincere apology. I demanded that they refund the extra shipping costs I paid and they said they would but it's been 5 days and they haven't done it. This company is a joke!
