First order was great. Second time I ordered from them, I only received part of one order (2 pieces out of 8 or 9), with no message explaining why. I had to argue for a refund on remaining items. Another order I placed, I never received, and had to contact them multiple times, again. I got a partial refund because I did not insure the package and it "wasn't their fault", according to the messages sent to me. I will NEVER shop with them again. Out of 5 orders, they got one correct that only had 1 item. Out of the other 15+ items I ordered only 2 arrived! Paying the shipping fees on orders that never arrived is ridiculous!
