I'm going into month 2 after ordering the 'only' gift I was going to give my son. My contact with customer service has been short, uninterested and totally useless. I am requesting a refund - this is the most brutal company I have ever encountered (I am 59 and have never written a letter of complaint). There suppliers are 'everywhere' and they have no clue who has made what. My money is sitting with a stranger - my order is God knows where. I want to escalate this but am investigating how. Run!
