I'm a home health aide and I work in a facility I subscribed to the paper for a resident out of my own pocket because the facility stopped subscribing for a copy for the library there and she was causing a huge issue over it every day getting upset raising her Blood pressure I was told the payment would come out on the 14th of every month at the time I subscribed and it started coming out earlier and earlier every month and this month it's going to overdraw my account so I called and was told it gets billed every 4 weeks so I needed a remedy just once until Friday when I get paid so there really isn't any I can cancel on a 99 year old lady and wait 7-14 days for a refund or a grace period and wait for 7-14 days for a refund neither of those options help me and your customer service sucks
