I ordered a part for refrigerator. It arrived in a timely manner but the part was sticking out of of the side of the box - damaged. On chat I was told to send pictures. They kept saying they could not open. I sent in multiple formats. Finally I told them to send a ship label and I will return it so you can see for first hand. They said "no". GRP refuses to refund my $58. That's weird! I guess this is not a reputable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Refrig door part. damaged in shipping and they will not provide refund or replacement. Purchase part from another company and it arrived in perfect condition. This company is NOT reputable.
