Creamer came in a box with no cold package. Items were all very warm. I called and am still waiting a response. I was told I would know by Friday which is 5 days. That is way too long. I had to go out and buy a different product. No happy with the service

Not satisfied. Wait time for result is too long.

I received my order but the bag was ripped. I have not been able to get any response via the contact us bag. I have messaged them on Facebook of which they respond but then nothing happens. Horrified at the service. Terrible company... I sadden that would not treat their customers well.
