In my first session, with medical modifications and all, l really wanted to get beyond my 80% mobility, but l didn't think l'd be able to keep up with others.

Just wow, the staff really worked with me, always encouraging me to keep on trying. My confidence has gone through the roof!.

I still have quite a ways to go, but it's so easy to keep coming back to
An energetic, friendly and clean environment with staff and members l now consider friends.

Often l choose the earliest session available for the day, and truly, it's the BEST hour of my day!
