VERY BAD SERVICE FOR ACTIVATION,I HAVE SENT EVERYTHING THEY ASK FOR, EVEN THO I WAS PRIORLY CLEARED THEY RESTRICT MY NETSPEND CARD ON A RELOAD FROM 711 N NOW I CANT REACTIVATED BECAUSE OF MY IRS APPROVED AND GIVEN TAX ID NUMBER...N NO YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK WARNING DO NOT BUY, WARNING DO NOT BUY
