My first order through them was great. The second not so much. I spent an extra $20 to get a free glass spray bottle, and got an email confirmation with a list of my items. Only to notice the sprayer wasn't listed. In its place was a free metal caddy that hadn't even been listed at any tier of money spent as a potential free item at the time I placed my order.
I emailed customer service detailing what had happened and basically got a "well, that's not what your order shows, enjoy your caddy". I again explained what happened. A different rep responded and said, "A free replacement has now been added to your cart so you can get that in your next shipment." Even though the order it was missing from hadn't shipped yet.
This is of course after I've already stated it was my last order, and (attempted?) to cancel my free trial VIP membership. I went through the process of cancellation, but if I look at my Grove account, it still says it's going to charge me for the VIP membership in July. It won't even let me take my credit card off file unless I replace it with another card. It also seems the sprayer in question is never going to be sent to me unless I get suckered into placing another order.
Anyway. Fingers crossed I'm free of this company, but I have the terrible feeling I'm not out of the woods yet. Guess I'll see what happens in July.
