I paid great north visa 990 USD on 11/08/2022. I emailed them a day later saying that i changed my mind about going to Canada and if it was possible for a refund. A man that works for them emailed me saying that they were only willing to pay me back 200 USD of the 990 USD that i paid them. If this isn't theft then i don't know what is. I have emailed this man on more than one occasion about getting a greater refund but he refuses to do it. Absolute joke. I have given them my phone number on a couple of occasions ( as requested below in the reply from GNV) and they havent got back to me. My number is *******9856.
Tip for consumers:
Just remember if you pay 990 USD to this company and change your mind about migrating to Canada ( even a day later) they will not give you a full refund. They will only give you a small refund of this 990 USD
