Absolutely terrible service.
This company must either be a scam or they are the most useless company to ever exist. Unfortunately I did not do proper research before starting a case with this company, which I now deeply regret.
They make you wait for extensive periods of time just to give you feedback which makes no sense/ answers nothing, it just keeps you occupied to waste more time.
Do yourself a massive favor and start an immigration case through another company, any company really, anything worse won't be out there either way.
TL;DR
GNV are " con artists " or absolutely terrible at their job, not sure which would be worse.
