"We have checked all JewelryRoom customer data by the name KEVIN G., and from 2008 to 2023 and found a total of 19 different customers with a total of 157 invoices. All 157 invoices have been shipped with no signs of return."
"Due to lack of Kevin G. Information, we can only know all shipments have been successfully shipped. Perhaps some situations may have delayed shipment, causing this feedback. If there were any late shipments happened to you, We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your feedback.

"This may not be true, for years we have replied to all our open tickets within 24 hours if there's an issue with JewelryRoom. All responding tickets will be notified through the customer's email, unless SPAM box has not been checked."
