I bought an electric scooter and after a month it was sent back to swagatron for a warranty repair. Because of Covid, they weren't able to repair it so they said they'd send me a new one. 6 months go by and they call to afl me what color I wanted and when I received it, it was refurbished. I paid $400 for a refurbished scooter that too did not work. They wouldn't help me after that, they just stopped responding to my emails. So I'm stuck with a refurbished scooter that doesn't work and I'm out $400. Terrible company to deal with. Spend your money elsewhere because you get nothing out of these people.

Tip for consumers:
If you have a problem, forget about getting it corrected.

Electric scooter but only for a few weeks until it broke and they started but didn’t finish taking care of my issue.

So I have three kids. I purchased 2 razor hoverboard for my two oldest boys and I wanted one more...
