Horrible, refunds are credits, can't get a refund if it was purchased with a credit. Out of 120 internet leads, I was only able to contact 20. Out of the 20 10 said they weren't interested in getting quotes, 8 said they got quotes from someone else already. Which leaves 2 valid leads. Their solution to this was to change what I was saying to the customer, the issue is that I wasn't talking with the customer. IT TAKES WEEKS OR MONTHS TO GET RETURN PHONE CALLS TO FIX THINGS. STILL WATING ON ONE FROM JANUARY. I switched to live transfer calls, where none of the people I talked to actually fit the underwriting filters I asked to have put in place. CAN'T GET A REFUND FOR THAT EITHER. HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE! (smart financial and contractibility are basically the same company)
