Fast and easy setup. Vet provided an answer to my question promptly. Iniitial price was fair. The reason for the 3 stars is I tried cancelling the monthly subscription, but numerous requests were answered with boilerplate "membership subscription policy". I didn't use and didn't want the monthly subscription and feel ripped off for the continued membership plan. Definitely lack of transparency in terms of pricing and canceling the membership is difficult and time consuming.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware of their recurring membership fee.
