"FedEx's customer service is extremely disappointing. They avoid answering questions, and it's nearly impossible to speak with a live agent. Their lack of regard for customers and their issues is evident. I'd rather pay more for a company that respects its customers than deal with FedEx's poor, disrespectful and insulting service."

Tip for consumers:
“FedEx’s delivery service fell short on multiple fronts. The shipment couldn’t be tracked for two days, and it wasn’t delivered within the promised timeframe. Attempts to speak with an agent were futile, and even contacting the corporate office led to dead ends. Their automated system disconnects calls if you don’t follow their prompts. Overall, it’s a very disrespectful experience.”
