Purchased a $3k Heckman desk from Luxe site on 5/26. Site said item was 'in stock' and shipped within 1-2 days. That's why I bought it from them rather than the many other sites taht sold the exact same thing. NO COMMUNICATION until I readed out to them on 6/7. The item alledgedly shipped from manufacturer's location on 6/9. Told will be there in 'one to two weeks' and that link in shipping notification will. Give me status. Lie. All the link does is say that the item is shipped. No track and trace, no ETA. Followed up on 6/24 via chat. Got passed from three agents before anyone would answer. Told they had to contact the manufacturer to find out what's going on and would get back to me. For a $4k furniture purchase, I should not have to be the one following up. I should be able to call and NOT wait 28 minutes to talk to someone. Luxe SHOULD NOT have charged my credit card for the merchandise until I got it and approved it. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
