The quality of clothes aren't as good as what you think. The quality is cheap. The process for ordering was awful - it took them a week to even send me an apology for not getting my stuff to me in a timely manner - after reaching out numerous times -
I had sent an email i wanted to cancel my order, a few hours later i finally received my first update email that my package was going to arrive in the morning (even thought help desk couldn't tell me the status of my order the day before). The process of returns is even worse - you must pay for shipping which is crazy - THEN they only give you a gift card so you have to buy from them again WHICH I DO NOT WANT. Go find another online store that is easier to deal with and has better clothes.
