I ordered a custom dress on 11/15/23. I called on 12/27 about the order. They stated the were having trouble getting the fabric and didn't think they could fulfill the order but to call back in 48 hours for an update. I called on 12/29,1/2,1/3.1/4.1/5 and 1/7 for an update. All of those calls went unanswered. Called on 1/8/24. They told me they could not fulfill the order and would refund my order. They told me the refund would be issued by 1/12. I have received no refund. I called on 1/15,1/16 and 1/17 for an update. All of these messages have gone unanswered. Called on 1/22/24 and their phones are disconnected.
