This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A 3-day return policy is absurd, and they won't take phone calls. They only reply to emails with automated responses - if they reply at all. They are crooks and should be closed down. I've read nearly a hundred negative reviews about this company (a little too late for me, unfortunately) and now I own a $1000 dress that I cannot wear - the same story over and over. They are stealing money from innocent consumers that have become accustomed to online purchases and fair return policies. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau.
