Terrible customer service. Sad to see so many other similar reviews. For anyone reading this, don't spend on faster shipping. It ain't going to happen. Also, don't expect a friendly attitude either. You'll be disappointed.
Im having trouble uploading a picture of how the email went but I'll be more than happy to copy and paste:
Me: Hi, I paid for express 2 day shipping on Sunday night and still haven't received my order or a tracking oemail. Will I be refunded the extra shipping cost?
Rude customer service agent: Just because you paid for 2 day shipping doesn't mean your order will get to you in 2 days. There is still packaging and processing time and even then 2 day shipping isn't guaranteed.
I'm cancelling your order now. Please don't buy from us again. Thanks.
Me: A simple explanation with a different approach would have sufficed.
