I filed a dispute with the Quality Assurance Department and received an analyst that the "paper was overall comprehensible." I immediately responded to the writer that the project directions were not followed. This was my first time using this service. They will not offer you any compensation but a rewrite which was not possible for me. They took $220.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service representatives are very nice and they will call you on the phone to discuss everything. The service changes when you have a dispute.
