Well, as with most, our apartment complex forced us to use this option to pay rent. I paid as normal, early in fact, and at least me and one other tenant were charged double. I spent a few hours on the phone with this site and was hung up on. My apartment sees only one transaction, but the bank reflects two. They can't help me, the site doesn't even answer, so it requires a bank dispute and up to 10 days to get my money back. If you're at all like me and don't have extra thousands set aside for a rainy day, this can cause some major problems. 100% don't pay from this site cause from the reviews, it seems they're consistently double the trouble!
