“Worst Experience with any company ever”

I am a VIMEO premium member and have been for over 2 years now.
I have never had such poor service from a company ever.
I have had 3 major problems and never once have they addressed
My problems. This is the worst company ever, looking to leave them this week.
When you try to get help, you get this link with three options, none of which apply to anything.
