I ordered a Macbook Pro battery. Two different types of screwdrivers are required to install this battery. Tmart sent one screwdriver, that fit neither of the necessary screws. When contacting customer support they insisted I send a photo of the screwdriver before offering any help. Horrible! If two screwdrivers are required and you know you only sent one, why do you need a photo?
Do not purchase anything from Tmart.com.

We understand your problem, as our Customer Service Representative are not quite familiar with the products, they will ask you to send the picture of the screwdriver so that they can require our supplier to send the same screwdrivers for you. Sorry for bringing you any trouble. Could you please let us know your order number? We will check your problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
