Bungalow staff is disjointed and just as unpleasant as most other leasing and property management offerings. Their disconnected support systems, leasing services, resident onboarding, resident portal, and billing/payment teams are not designed to handle issues or set resolution expectations. They instead point to other departments or are dismissive and unhelpful with the sole purpose of closing their ticket. Don't expect any service, and know you'll only get enough human support to get you through the funnel. In a week, I signed a lease, could not change my move-in date, and received three different answers about my request from staff that reached out looking to move forward without reviewing my account. Finally, I had a staff member reach out demanding my amount due immediately, or they'll void my lease, completely passing the buck on my request. I told them to cancel my lease.
