Sittercity's POLICY is to NEVER OFFER REFUNDS for ANY REASON. I have it i writing from their"customer service department".
I Filed a complaint with 2 BBB's(my state and theirs - Chicago, IL) and the Federal Trade Commission(FEDERAL!). See BELOW for complaint info! EVERYONE WHO'S BEEN VICTIMIZED MUST DO IT! USE YOUR VOICE! STAND UP TO FRAUDS! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT ANYMORE! If not for you, for the next unsuspecting consumer. PLEASE!

They have been charging me FOR SEVEN YEARS and I haven't used their service in IN SEVEN YEARS!

What a@*^$% SCAM. I used their site and paid for a yearly for 3 years off and on. During that time they charged me AND I PAID for yearly subscriptions. THEN they ALSO charged me AND I PAID for both quarterly and monthly subscriptions ON TOP OF THAT without my noticing - because I (stupidly) gave them my credit card, which they put on direct auto pay. In 3 years I received only 8 applicants which is not only a HORRENDOUS PRODUCT, but totally NOT worth the money. In addition, I CANCELLED! THEN they doubled my fee and upgraded me (after I cancelled) even though I haven't used their services or EVEN LOGGED INTO THEIR SITE, for SEVEN years
THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR S E V E N years without my consent, permission or knowledge (I don't do the household billing and my spouse didn't catch it until now)! SEVEN &#$@ing YEARS! PLEASE WARN EVERYONE YOU KOW!

Tip for consumers:
DON'T DO IT!!!! They'll steal your $$$$$!

Products used:
this is a nanny/babysitting matching website. I posted periodically, was overcharged for the services I did want. Was double and triple charged for months DURING a yearly memberships. THEN they doubled my fee and charged me for SEVEN years AFTER I cancelled!
