Their delivery service delivered my item to the wrong address because it did not arrive to mine as stated through tracking. Tried to contact redbubble through live chat. The instructions were to end chat if you didn't want to wait and they would make contact through e-mail. E-mail response time is at least 24hrs., very slow. Then they request the same info that was previously given. I believe a bot is used to handle situations where a real person would best serve a customer. Over 24hrs. Since stated delivery and no answers as of now. However, the products are good, if you actually receive them.
