I love that they have the broad selection of Adore colors. In my first order two items were missing.
I sent an email a couple days later and was requested that I send them a picture of the invoice and the box. I threw them away already.
Then I received an email from them that the remaining items were back ordered and would arrive at the warehouse the next day and would ship from there.
When I enquired again, they sent me the tracking number of the first box.
I responded that is the original shipment that is missing items and was delivered before they sent me an email that said they would ship the remaining products the next day.
They responded to that email by asking for a picture of the box and invoice again.
My response now, is threatening to dispute the charges unless I get a refund for the missing products in $48 hours.
