Literally the worst experiences (multiple), mostly as a result of them selling deals for awful, unprofessional, illegitimate companies and then providing extremely delayed customer service when complaints were made and refunds were requested. I have finally learned my lesson and will never ever give this company any of my money again, no matter how many 75% off coupon codes they email me about - which reminds me, I need to go unsubscribe! Here's my advice: stick with Groupon and Livingsocial - they offer deals for quality companies and have great customer service.
