My belief is that this company is excellent, with a small exception. I do like their agents, but they take too long to answer the questions. First I had to wait ten minutes to get my turn with them and then the agent transferred me to another agent, which took another 5 minutes. I finally got the good service I expected and the paper was good, but the support could use some improvement.
