The website is very easy to use. The explanations and videos are very clear and straight to the point. The samples are a decent size that make it easier to visualize the finished look. My customer service has been excellent. I bought some blinds and one of the side caps has a chip. They immediately sent me the replacement caps that simply snapped back on. I installed the blinds and love the way they look. I am buying more and highly recommend these blinds.

Reason I chose this business:

I am in the process of redecorating my dining room. I previously installed some of these blinds in my vacation home. Love them so much I had to get them for my dining room at home. Can't wait to see them installed.
