My first experience with this site for very poor. The website advertises same day shipping if the order is received by 6 pm EST. They also offer 2 day and overnight shipping. I ordered a camelback zoid and paid the $24.00 for the overnight shipping. When it did not come the next day and I couldn't access any tracking information, I called customer service. The first person told me they could not help me that customer service was closed. It was 4:30 pm and they advertise being open until 6 pm. I called again and did manage to get someone. She told me that the package shipped today (it was supposed to have shipped yesterday. I told her I needed it today, not tomorrow (Saturday) and she said actually it is not scheduled to arrive until MONDAY! That is hardly overnight express! I told her I wanted to cancel the order since I was going on vacation and would not even be home to get the package on Monday. It would be sitting on my doorstep for a week. She said there was no way she could cancel it and that I would have to return it when it came. She wasn't clear if they would credit me the shipping fee. In fairness to the company when I finally asked to speak to a supervisor she said she could stop the order and her supervisor would credi my credit card on Tuesday. Hopefully that will happen. The supervisor said the delay was weather related, which I believe, however, I feel I should have been notified that they could not honor the overnight delivery. At the very least the customer service people should be trained to handle a problem such as this. I am a frequent online shopper and I would never use this site again... MAJOR aggravation!
