SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered a Garmin watch and after waiting for weeks, still nothing received from this company! And they refused to refund! STAY AWAY!

BUYERS BEWARE! HRM USA, Heart Rate Monitor USA and Free2dayshipping are the same company! Think they can use different names to avoid all the negative reviews online.

According to their website, they have Free 2 Day Delivery on every order of $75 or more. On a Monday, I placed an order for a single item worth over $125. This order qualified for the free 2 day shipping. Here we are on Wednesday and my order has not even been shipped yet! Although I did receive a tracking number on Monday, there was no activity on it. Today (Wednesday), I contacted Free 2 Day Shipping's Customer Service - they maintain that the package has been shipped and that UPS just hasn't updated their website with the current activity - if that were true then why haven't I received my package yet? BOTTOM LINE: If the free 2 day shipping is the reason you are shopping on this website over other websites that sell the same products, then you are WASTING your time. I'd rather pay full-price for the shipping and actually receive my product WHEN PROMISED/AS ADVERTISED.

My first experience with this site for very poor. The website advertises same day shipping if the order is received by 6 pm EST. They also offer 2 day and overnight shipping. I ordered a camelback zoid and paid the $24.00 for the overnight shipping. When it did not come the next day and I couldn't access any tracking information, I called customer service. The first person told me they could not help me that customer service was closed. It was 4:30 pm and they advertise being open until 6 pm. I called again and did manage to get someone. She told me that the package shipped today (it was supposed to have shipped yesterday. I told her I needed it today, not tomorrow (Saturday) and she said actually it is not scheduled to arrive until MONDAY! That is hardly overnight express! I told her I wanted to cancel the order since I was going on vacation and would not even be home to get the package on Monday. It would be sitting on my doorstep for a week. She said there was no way she could cancel it and that I would have to return it when it came. She wasn't clear if they would credit me the shipping fee. In fairness to the company when I finally asked to speak to a supervisor she said she could stop the order and her supervisor would credi my credit card on Tuesday. Hopefully that will happen. The supervisor said the delay was weather related, which I believe, however, I feel I should have been notified that they could not honor the overnight delivery. At the very least the customer service people should be trained to handle a problem such as this. I am a frequent online shopper and I would never use this site again... MAJOR aggravation!

Shipping is free, but return shipping is overpriced and they will charge you a hefty restocking fee. Make sure you know you like the product, or else buy it from one of many sites that don't charge this ridiculous fee. You'd think with low overhead and charging full retail (100+% markup from what they paid for it), they wouldn't nickel and dime you like that.

Ordered an OSI ATC3K Helmet Camera for $20 less than any other place I could find it, and it arrived within 2 business days. Tracking was emailed to me within a few hours of placing the order. Credit card statement says Company goes by the name HRM USA, Inc, which after researching online has multiple websites, including HeartRateMonitorsUSA.com and PedometersUSA.com.
