We use Webstaurant for most of our paper products. Most items are much cheaper than we can get from our regular distributor even factoring in the shipping. Trust me, I've done the math. When something arrived damaged I just had to send a picture and they
Reshipped the item. Love the chat feature and great customer service.
BTW, restocking fees are pretty standard and shipping costs are high everywhere.
