We booked a weekend break through Skoosh two months prior to the trip. With 24 hours to go I received an email to say that the spa hotel we had booked had cancelled our hotel booking and dinner reservation. Skoosh found us an alternative hotel, however this was not a spa hotel that we had hoped to stay at. Skoosh suggested we would receive some compensation, this has now been declined after a month of emails. Although Skoosh have kept in touch I would not book with them again.
