Where are the minus stars! Paid in full on our credit card. Not one e-mail or letter about our reservations, just took our hard earned money and ran. This company never had any intention of refunding our money. I called the hotel, this what i found out. Misspelled our last name, then cancelled the reservation the same day, so now all we have to show for the hotel room is a worthless piece of paper titled "prepaid hotel voucher". Lesson well learned---- WE will never prepay again! Skoosh's Notice of Administration states that if paid with a credit or debt card that you MAY be able to CHARGE-BACK from the issuing credit card company. So do you call your credit company and tell them this charge is fraud, knowing that you booked the hotel room in good faith? How does that play out? When the Lawsuit is filed we will be on board! WE need our MONEY BACK! The founder of this company needs to pay for his or her actions. We will gladly book the room, and the "prepaid hotel vouch" will be honored.
