I was shocked. I only got 2 broken items this time and everything came in a new box - well everything they shipped. They never send an invoice so you don't know which items are still pending and sometimes they ship parts of 2 different orders together - that's a trick to figure out.
After Christmas sale.
Make sure to read the full descriptions, for example, some flowers are made of just paper. Also, be prepared to call customer service when you get your order (or in some cases when you don't get your order) since the shipping department will inevitably mail some of your items in a used box with corners missing and/or will fail to wrap several of your items so they will be broken when you get them. Consider yourself very lucky if you get all of your items wrapped and undamaged in a nice new shipping box.
End of year sale which makes items more affordable even though I know I will have to call customer service to when I get my order (or in some cases when I don't get my order). I would be absolutely shocked if I got all of my items wrapped and undamaged in a nice new shipping box. Can't even imagine that.
My first order was problematic. It was missing some items and two huge, fragile items were just trashed - they weren't even wrapped - just thrown in the box. Of course, you don't have any more so I can't get replacements. I only re-ordered things that couldn't break & I certainly hope everything I ordered actually arrives.
I wanted to re-order some feathered items which was the nicest item I had received in my first order.

Item came with no instructions, the metal was flimsy and bent as soon as we tried to put it...
Ordering was fine shiping was fine one of 3 items broken and falling appart.
