First, being enrolled in this course since early August, what has been done at classes was reviewing some alphabet letters, some syllables and words of not primary importance. From class to class the information, which I acquired by my own in two days using open-source materials, is uselessly repeated, namely we are asked to match print and cursuve (I don't understand what for as recognizing letters just come with practice); another task is writing letters on the screen that takes so much time and can be done individually without guidance that is practically not provided; and the last type of exercise is where we have to find a given letter in the words provided the same pictures (banana, heart, bear, avocado, hot air balloon, canoe and some more words that are not used in basic communication).
Second, discussing technical issues + repeating the same rules in English + considering the amount of students (~12) the 55 minutes literally turn into 5 mins for one to perform; however, I should mention that generally the speaking time means no more than 3 short sentences per class, otherwise this 'output part' is skipped at all.
Third, I still (!) haven't managed to access my open classes in spite of multiple-time discussions with stuff. Thus my classes per week are limited to one.
To conclude my essay, the price is absolutely unjustified, and the approach is outdated. 2 months - 0 results. Duo lingo helps better!
The only thing that could help to improve is immersion into the language and, most importantly, enthusiasm of teachers who not only follow a book, which is boring and can be done by one's own ( this is the case), but flexibly prepare lessons to achieve a progress
