The main problem I see is that there are only three categories for condition (New with tags, Good, and Blemished), and there seems to be a very wide range of what counts as "Good". I ordered all Good condition clothing; a couple pieces looked like they may never have even been worn but two had obvious piling and two had holes (and one of those also had pit stains). That means that almost 50% of my items seemed like they should have been marked as "Blemished" instead of "Good".
Luckily I had gotten all the clothes for free (new member + created a closet + 50% off code = $60 for free) so I can't really be too disappointed. I would have been more disappointed if I had paid, and I don't think I'd try them again since I don't trust the quality of the items I would get.
Hi Kate, Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like some of your items' conditions were incorrectly marked. Don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care teams o they can make things right for you: hello@schoola.com. Thanks, Turi
