I tried to buy a ticket on their site to take a trip home to Memphis, Tennessee, and my card was declined, even though it has enough money on. Okay, no big deal. So I used a different website instead. Come to find out Cheapoair.com charged my card any way even though they said it was declined and never sent me my ticket information. Now they refuse to do anything about it and say that it's impossible for their website to even have done that.
I am a broke college student just trying to take a trip home for a break, and now I'll have to struggle to even feed myself.
Katelyn, we have reviewed the reservation, as well as discussed with you what transpired. Yes your creditcard was declined, however, when you received the email notification with the options, you updated the credit card which authorized us to continue with the purchase. You booked another reservation with priceline without contacting us to cancel. We are working with the airline to get our booking refunded due to have 2 identical bookings. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
