I've had a 'VIP' membership for over two years and didn't start having problems until this december. I always skip the month because it's honestly not worth it to order during the first 5 days of the month, shipping takes forever during that time, usually 2 or more weeks, and the stupid points you get for purchasing doing that time add up to almost nothing, so i wait for when i actually want something. However, during December 2017 i went to skip the month and it said i already had, giving that i both a shoedazzle and justfab account i couldn't recall if i actually had or not but the website said so and i couldn't click the button to skip so i assumed i must have. On the 12th, 6 days after they're supposed to credit your account if you don't skip, the membership fee was taking out of my account. Called customer service, they were adamant that i didn't skip. I recited their policy that if i hadn't, my card should have been charged on the 6th of the month not the 12th. I was given no explanation other than it must have been a "pending transaction." Giving that i wasn't actually sure i really skipped the month i let it go because i planned on buying something anyway and could just use the credit.
On to the item i ordered, order was placed on 12/29, policy states 7 to 10 days for shipping PLUS 3 days for processing so my item didn't actually ship until 1/2, I received the WRONG item on 1/9 after my expected arrival date got pushed back 2 different times. Called customer service within minutes of opening my package and they had a another item shipped out on the 1/11. It should have arrived on 1/17. I understand there's been bad winter weather but my package sat at the shipping facility in Illinois for 3 DAYS BEFORE the storms started and didn't ship out until 2 days after it was over. The expected arrival date on this replacement item has been pushed back two times. I should have arrived toady, 1/20 but had been sitting in dallas for two days and since it is a Saturday i will not receive the item until Monday at the earliest. I canceled my membership over this. It shouldn't take nearly a month to receive an item you paid for. I ordered a dress from ASOS around the same time as this and that arrived wrong but they overnighted my second order. My wedding stationary got lost because of the storm and the company overnighted my replacement order. Shoedazzle's shipping and customer service department is completely ridiculous. They have no issue taking your money but take forever to send you the product. The item i order was a weekend bag for a trip i was taking and because of them sending the wrong product and then their unbelievable slow shipping i had to buy another bag elsewhere. When the new one arrives i would just return it for my money back but they only offer credit to the website.

1/22/18 Update. Got the replacement bag and ONCE AGAIN i was sent the WRONG color. Unbelievable

1/31/18 update. They sent another replacement and it is yet again grey suede when i ordered blush.
