I just canceled my account with Nick. I wanted to say thank you for making the cancellation and refund process so easy and hassle free. He was informative and kind. I honestly expected a fight and arguement when I was calling in but he completely caught me off guard with his assertiveness and understanding. Thank you again Nick for a wonderful expierence with your company! I will use your services again if I need in the future. Kasey
