I bought a gift for someone through Otakupicks, and I'm embarrassed to give it to them because of how poor quality the item is. Their return policy is terrible, and they ignore communicating with customers when it involves refunds and returns.
Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase this item. Very poorly made with cheap materials.
