I bought a gift for someone through Otakupicks, and I'm embarrassed to give it to them because of how poor quality the item is. Their return policy is terrible, and they ignore communicating with customers when it involves refunds and returns.
I spent over $300 on my order in September and still haven't received any update. I've contacted them through Facebook, twitter, and email. Yet to get a response. Horrible experience. Missed a bday now Christmas. Order #9801.
I ordered some One Punch man shirts and a Naruto jacket, they are definitely unique and I absolutely love them! Shipping takes a while tho since they are shipped from abroad. It took 2 weeks for my stuff to arrive. Good thing the shipping is free! :)
Took 3 weeks to receive item over a holiday season, that is the only good thing about it. Did not have reliable tracking information until 3 days prior to delivery. Product was sewn together incorrectly. Took days to get a reply from anyone. Could not converse with a living person. Once I did finally get information on how to resolve issue, was told I had to ship item back to Netherlands at my own expense. Spending $50 to return a $30 hoodie is not going to happen. Would_not_ recommend.
Ordered a jacket from the website that took weeks to deliver. Jacket pattern on the back began to peel after minimal use. The site offers one of a kind clothing, but not worth the trouble of getting it replaced.
I would not recommend buying from them, since it's a total scam company - bought a hoodie that still after 5 months haven't been delivered. I tried contacting them on 3 different platforms and they don't answer or reach out to you. DONT BUY FROM HERE!
Bought a One Punch Man hoodie and DBZ anime gear and they all came in pretty fast since they were shipped from the other side of the planet. The quality is better than expected, no complaints from me
