How convenient for moving help.com to place the blame on the movers. Moving help.com should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage, collect the money and if anything goes wrong, they do nothing to help. Deceitful in their practices. Not only was I charged for time and services not utilized, but damages and missing boxes. Don't use these people! All they'll tell you is sorry for the inconvenience.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this venue, they will do nothing to help you retrieve monetary damages.
Products used:
They packed my trailer for cross country move damaged my property by the way it was packed, charged for 4 hours when only 2.5 hours worked. Dishonest and deceitful practices. Missing 2 boxes at final destination.
