No response from customer service. Return window small so they don't have to take back items ordered. NEVER order from them again. Shame on Brads Deals for using them. Make me Leary of offers on their site too.

Products used:
Item was cheap and not what we wanted. Tried to return it and they needed to send me a return label. Never came and I emailed them and no response. Window of return time was small. I feel ripped off and now have a patio set that is horrible.
